Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids (AS IS WHERE IS BASIS) through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on National Competitive Bidding basis from tax-registered companies/firms/bidders for disposal of the redundant 66kV Havelian–Abbottabad transmission line under the jurisdiction of SS&T Division Abbottabad.

How to apply: Submit e-Bids online via the E-PADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Upload all mandatory documents as required in the bidding documents. Original bid security in sealed envelope must reach the office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid submission deadline. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS.
Key terms: Bids are accepted only through E-PADS. The disposal is on an “as is where is” basis. Interested bidders may inspect the site during working days between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM. Bids will be valid for 90 days. Bids must be for the full quantity; bids for partial quantity will not be accepted. Disposal governed by WAPDA Disposal Procedure and PPRA disposal rules. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-33(1).
