How to obtain documents and submit:
- Download bidding documents from https://eprocure.gov.pk/ (non-refundable fee Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order / CDR in favour of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited; mention contractor's firm name).
- Bid security in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning contractor's name) must be submitted. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on e-PA D S 2.0 / e-procure as part of the bid; original Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee must be delivered to PIDCL office before bid submission time or as specified.
- All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system. Original documents (tender fee, bid security, signed tender forms) to be submitted to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block, Karachi.
- PIDCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance security and sign the contract.
