All required documents must be attached with 3% Call Deposit. Proprietor or legally authorized person of the firm is eligible to purchase tender documents. Specialized PEC codes required (e.g., CE-09, CE-10). Bids received after closing date/time will be returned unopened; the company reserves the right to verify all bidder documents.
Earnest money	3% of bid value in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee (refundable) in favor of "Central Power Generation Company Limited".
Submission method	Single-stage two-envelope bidding process under PPRA Rules (36(b)). Interested participants shall submit their proposals on e-pad; submit bid bond and required documents as specified.
