Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench – Invitation to Bid for Annual Framework Contract (Stationery & General Store Items) FY 2026-27

Issuer: Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench (Deputy Registrar (General): Muhammad Abid Rafique). Purpose: Invitation to e-bids for an Annual Framework Contract for office stationery, computer stationery, general store and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30-06-2027).

Submission method and deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website before 2026-07-22 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-07-22 at 10:30 AM. Bid documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) website and PPRA website.

Key conditions:

• Bids must follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelopes.
• Bid validity: 180 days from the date of submission.
• Bid security @ 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in favour of the Senior Additional Registrar, Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench. The original bid security must reach the Purchase Branch before the bid submission deadline.
• Soft copy of the bid must be uploaded on Punjab e-Procurement (eP) in addition to the physical submission in the Purchase Branch.
• Tender documents and bidding instructions are available on PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement portals.
• The authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per PPRA Rules.
