Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan). Purpose: Announcement of escalation in toll rates on Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2) under the M-2 BOT Concession Agreement with M/s Motorway Operations & Rehabilitation Engineering (Private) Limited (subsidiary of FWO), signed 2014-04-23. As per the concession agreement (Part-II (B) Schedule-I) a 7% escalation in toll rates is implemented from the 13th year of the concession.
