Public Notice: Proposed Transfer of Leasehold Rights for Plot No.1, Survey No.311-8/1, Nowshera Cantt

The Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar, gives public notice that Plot No.1 (Survey No. 311-8/1), Nowshera Cantt, held on lease under CLA Rules, 1937 in the names of Mushtaq Ahmed and the late Muhammad Ashraf, is subject to a proposed transfer of leasehold rights. An application with a Letter of Administration dated 12/07/2021 requests mutation of the deceased co-lessee Muhammad Ashraf’s share to his legal heirs: Sultanat Begum (widow), Anila Aftab (daughter), Muhammad Fawad (son), Muhammad Irfan (son), and Muhammad Izmam (son). Muhammad Ashraf is reported to have died on 19/02/2021.

Any person, department or bank having an objection to the proposed transfer may file it within 15 days from the publication of this notice. Objections received after the notified period will not be entertained. Submit objections to the Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar.
