PEF Tender: Procurement of SMD Screen & AV/Power Equipment for New Head Office Auditorium (ITB No. PEF/PROC/TT/2025-26/43)

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids (Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure) from registered firms/suppliers for procurement and installation of an indoor SMD LED screen and allied audiovisual and power equipment for the newly constructed PEF Head Office auditorium. Bidders must be registered with relevant regulatory and tax authorities and comply with PPR-2014 requirements.

Estimated Price (total): PKR 20,000,000
Bid Security (2%): PKR 400,000

How to apply / key requirements: Submit sealed lump-sum bids. Bids must include required bid security (2% of estimated price) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft in favor of Punjab Education Foundation. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax).
