Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids (AS IS WHERE IS BASIS) through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for the disposal of a redundant 66kV Havelian–Abbottabad transmission line under the jurisdiction of SS&T Division Abbottabad. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk) and all mandatory documents uploaded as required in the bidding documents.

- Bidding will be conducted in line with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and HAZECO procurement guidelines.
- Bids must be valid for 90 days.
- Disposal is on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Interested bidders may visit/inspect the sites on working days between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM; site details available in bidding documents.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security/earnest money in an acceptable form in favour of CEO HAZECO. The original bid security under sealed envelope must reach the office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid submission date & time; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal.
- Bids will be opened on E-PADS at the stated time in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- Bids must cover the full quantity of the tender; bids for lesser quantity will not be accepted. Disposal governed by WAPDA Disposal Procedure and PPRA. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
