Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for the position of HR Consultant (individual) on a fixed-term contract for one year to support HR transformation, restructuring and industrial relations functions.

| Experience | Minimum 20 years relevant post-qualification experience with 5–8 years in a senior functional/head role. Experience in large-scale industrial units and Public Sector Organizations/SOEs of Pakistan with staff strength of 2,000+ is essential. Experience in dealing with CBA/labour unions, compensation frameworks, talent management, succession planning and HR governance is required. Preference to candidates from the mining/energy sector. Cross-functional experience in administration, supply chain or industrial relations is highly desirable. |

Key responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives; leading organizational restructuring, workforce optimisation and HR transformation; managing industrial relations and collective bargaining; designing compensation and benefits frameworks; establishing HR policies, performance management, talent acquisition/development; ensuring compliance with labour laws and corporate governance; and advising CEO/MD and the Board on human capital, culture and change management.
