How to apply / key requirements: Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system. Contractors quoting up to 10% below Engineers Estimate shall submit bid security @2% of the Engineer's Estimate. Contractors quoting more than 10% and up to 20% below must submit additional security of 8% of the Engineer's Estimate in addition to 2% bid security. Bidders must be registered as required by the procuring entity and comply with other conditions listed in the tender documents (including KP Revenue Authority registration where applicable).
