National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur invites sealed bids (Tender No. TU-5107-2026) for procurement of promotional and uniform items. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via EPADS 2.0. Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur. Prices must be quoted in PKR; price components inclusive and exclusive of taxes should be stated separately. Bid validity: 120 days. Standard warranty applies. Samples of each item must be provided along with the technical bid. Scanned bid security must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy submitted physically on the tender closing date.
Bid security: Rs 100,000 in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur (scanned copy to be uploaded and original to be submitted on closing date).
Submission & opening: Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 23 Oct 2026 till 11:00 hours; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day.
