National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur invites sealed bids (Tender No. TU-5107-2026) from reputable firms/distributors/suppliers for supply of assorted shields, bags, suits, wallets, cutlery and carpets on a Single Stage Two Envelopes basis. Delivery location: NRTC Haripur.

Important details:
- Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelopes.

- The tendering process shall be conducted through EPADS 2.0; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy of bid security submitted physically on the closing date to NRTC Haripur.
- Bid security: Rs. 100,000/- in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur.
- Prices must be quoted in PKR; price inclusive and exclusive of taxes should be stated separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer or the bid will be rejected.
- Samples of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Warranty: Standard warranty. Bid validity: 120 days.
- As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Submission deadline: Bids must reach the undersigned by 2026-10-23 up to 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours.
