Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing), Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
Purpose: Invitation to submit e-bids for multiple procurement lots including purchase of furniture & fixtures, various store items, entertainment & gifts, uniforms & protective clothing, and repair of furniture. Bids to be submitted on a single-stage, two-envelope basis. Firms, companies, sole proprietors and registered service providers engaged in the relevant trade and registered with applicable tax/registration authorities are eligible to apply.
Important submission requirements: E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Each lot must be bid separately. All e-bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of “Section Officer (Cabinet-II), I&C Wing, S&GAD, Lahore”. Original Bid Security, attested affidavit and samples (where applicable) must be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and lot title to the address below before the e-bid submission deadline. Late bids will be rejected.
