Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements: Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above and project code CE-01 for the years 2025-26 & 2026-27. Firms must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements as detailed in the bidding documents.
