Pakistan LNG Limited Invitation to Bid for One LNG Cargo (DES Port Qasim, Karachi)

Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites bids from reputed international suppliers for the supply of one (01) Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) cargo on a Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) basis at Port Qasim, Karachi. Quantity per cargo: 140,000 m3 (+/-5%). Tentative delivery period: 27–28 July 2026 (tolerances as per bid documents).

Bid documents are available from PLL in person or by email request at [email protected] until 20 July 2026. Bids must reach PLL by 1400 hours PST on 2026-07-20; bids will be opened at 1430 hours PST the same day. PLL reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
