CDA Tender: Purchase of Ambulances & Mortuary Vans for Capital Emergency Service, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the purchase of ambulances and mortuary vans for the Capital Emergency Service, Islamabad. Electronic bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS (www.procure.gov.pk); prospective bidders must submit online via E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (Rule-36(b) of PPRA).

Submit bids online by 2026-08-12 at 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 31 (First Floor), Block-03, CDA Headquarters, Islamabad. Technical bids must include a Bid Security amounting to Rs.10.000 (M) in the form of Pay Order/CDRs in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA; upload a scanned copy on E-PADS and provide the original at bid opening.
