National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible institutes, IT/Software houses and principal/vendor partners to deliver free High-Tech IT training under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III. International certifications and trainings through official partners in Pakistan are encouraged.

Eligibility & important notes:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes/software houses preferred; principal/vendor partner (academies/institutes) arrangements acceptable.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory where required.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
