Tender: Procurement of White Offset Paper (High Finish) & Printing Plates — Printing Corporation of Pakistan

Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., Cabinet Division, Islamabad invites sealed bids from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the active taxpayer list of FBR for the procurement of white offset paper (local — high finish), PS & CTP plates and related items.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Bids must be uploaded to PPRA EADPS and hard copies delivered to the office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-7/4, Islamabad by the deadline below.
• Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money / Bid Security as specified; bids without required security will be disqualified.
• At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted in sealed covers along with the bid security.
• Bidders may bid for entire tender quantities, a single lot, or more than one lot; rates must be quoted against all items in a lot or the bid will be rejected.
• Bid validity: 90 days. The Corporation may increase/decrease quantities and reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Submission and opening:

Bids must be uploaded and hard copies submitted by the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
