LWMC Invitation to Bid – Rehabilitation of Laboratory Block at Mehmood Booti Compost Plant

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites online bids for the procurement of items for the rehabilitation of the Laboratory Block infrastructure at LWMC Compost Plant, Mehmood Booti. Joint ventures/consortiums are not allowed to participate. The procurement will be conducted online through the designated e-procurement/EPADS system under applicable PPRA rules using a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS e-procurement websites. Prospective bidders must view and download the documents from the stated portals and submit bids online via the EPADS portal in accordance with the bidding document instructions.

Submission and opening: Bids must be completed, signed and submitted online through the EPADS portal in accordance with the bidding document. Technical proposals will be opened online on the date/time specified in the bidding documents; bidders must ensure online presence and timely submission as required.
