Pre-Qualification: Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures — Islamabad College for Boys (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3 Islamabad (Federal Directorate of Education, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training). Principal: Prof. Dr. Yaseen Aafaqi.

Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification of firms for repair and maintenance of furniture & fixtures for the Financial Year 2026-27. Scope includes repair and maintenance of wooden and steel furniture and related items such as office tables, chairs, student desks, benches, cupboards, cabinets, shelves, partitions and other allied furniture items.

Eligibility: Original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers and general order suppliers/firms duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and having established business offices/workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

How to Apply: Interested firms must submit Pre-Qualification Applications electronically through the e-PAKS & Disposal System (EPADS).

Schedule:

• Application submission deadline: 2026-07-20 up to 11:00 AM (PST).
• Opening of applications: 2026-07-27 at 11:30 AM (PST) in the office of the Principal, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad (applicants or their authorized representatives may attend).

Notes: Bid security is not required at the pre-qualification stage; if applicable it will be obtained from pre-qualified firms at the time of issuance of tender documents.
