Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids (AS IS WHERE IS BASIS) from Tax-Registered companies/firms/bidders for disposal of the redundant 66kV Havelian–Abbottabad transmission line via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Only online e-bids through the E-PADS portal are acceptable. Upload all mandatory documents on the portal and also upload a scanned copy of the original bid security.
- The original bid security/earnest money in acceptable form must reach the Office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid submission date/time; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- The disposal is on an "As is where is basis." Interested bidders may visit/inspect the sites on working days between 09:00 and 16:00 hours.
- Bids shall be valid for 90 days. Bids must be for the full quantity of the tender; partial/lesser quantity bids will not be accepted. Prices quoted should exclude GST as specified.
- The procurement process will follow Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and WAPDA Disposal Procedure. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule-33(1).
