Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, is inviting applications for a contract position of Manager Digital & PR to support Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services promotion and digital initiatives.

| Key Qualifications | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university or institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations, or related roles. Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), influencer networks, content creation, and media relations. Experience in communications across Pakistan’s media and digital landscape, campaign planning, corporate communications, program activations, government initiatives and/or trade delegations. Experience with crisis communications and reputation management is an advantage. International PR or country marketing experience is a plus. |
