Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan. PSEB invites applications for a contract position of Manager Digital & PR to support Pakistan’s information technology and IT-enabled services promotion and country branding.

Position	Key Requirements
Manager Digital & PR	Age Limit: 45 years (maximum) Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, Advertising, Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Applied Sciences or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in digital marketing, public relations, content strategy, social media management are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations, or a combination thereof with progressively increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or equivalent). Strong contacts across Pakistan’s media and digital landscape (print, broadcast, digital publications, influencer networks, content creators). Experience organizing communications around events, platform launches, program activations, government initiatives and trade delegations. Private sector, corporate communications, digital media or entertainment industry candidates are encouraged. Experience in crisis communications, reputation management, country marketing and international PR is a plus.
