Issuer: Executive Engineer, Eastern Bar Canal Division, Pakpattan (Punjab Irrigation Department). E-tenders are invited under Single Stage–One Envelope procedure on item rate basis for concrete lining works. Bids to be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement Automated System (ePADS).
Eligibility & submission notes: Contractors must be registered with Punjab PPRA and with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/specialization.
