Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Multiple Highway Works (Bid Opening 2026-10-26)

Punjab Highways Department invites e-tenders from engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. All firms/contractors must register on the Punjab PPRA website and participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://punjab.ppra.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must submit Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost only through online payment via the Punjab E-Procurement System (link with BOP). Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount or as per Clause-56 of PPRA Rules, 2014 is required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of the offer letter. Submission of 10% Performance Guarantee is mandatory for all successful bidders irrespective of estimated/contract amount. Bidders must quote unit rates; bids will be evaluated on total amount. After uploading on the e-procurement site, bid opening will be at the specified date/time below.
