Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan. Career opportunity for an experienced banking professional to join Head Office – Operations based in Karachi as Divisional Head – Branch Operations & Coordination (VP / SVP).

Core responsibilities (summary): Manage and oversee branch operations, strengthen branch controls and compliance, implement internal control frameworks and SBP/regulatory instructions, coordinate branch processes and reporting, drive process improvement and operational efficiency, and provide leadership and operational guidance to branch teams.

Key skills & knowledge required: Strong knowledge of branch banking products and operations, regulatory and internal control frameworks, audit processes and risk management; excellent supervisory, leadership and team-building skills; strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; experience with reconciliations, exception handling, MIS reporting and performance monitoring; customer service orientation and ability to manage change.
