Printing Corporation of Pakistan Tender: Procurement of White Offset Paper, P.S. & CTP Plates — Bid Due 2026-07-17

Issuing authority: Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad. Tender No. PCP-L-13/2026-P&D. Invitation to sealed bids for procurement of white offset paper (local — high finish), P.S. and CTP plates.

Eligibility: Manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the active taxpayer list of the FBR.

Submission method and deadline: Complete bids must be uploaded on PPRA ePADS and hard copy must reach the office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad, on or before 2026-07-17 at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM.

Key requirements:

• Bids must be accompanied by earnest money / security as per lot-wise requirements; bids without security will be rejected.
• At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted with the bid security in sealed covers on or before the closing date/time.
• Bidders may bid for one or more lots; rates must be quoted for all items in any lot bid, otherwise the bid for that lot will be rejected.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders under Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per requirements and availability of funds.
