E-Tender: Framework Contracts for Repair & Supply — Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority, Lahore

Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites online e-bids for framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible technical and financial contractors, firms and suppliers registered on E-PPADS and meeting prescribed registration, licensing and tax filing requirements may submit bids through the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Important dates: Last date & time for submission of technical & financial e-bids: 2026-07-17 at 10:30 AM. Date & time of opening of technical e-bids: 2026-07-17 at 11:00 AM.

Eligibility & key instructions:

• Bidders must be registered on E-PPADS as per applicable PPRA regulations.
• Must hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category and be an active taxpayer (FBR/NTN and relevant provincial tax registration where applicable).
• Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure; relevant bidding documents and conditions will be available on the Punjab e-procurement website.
• Bid security/earnest money amounts are specified against each package above and must be furnished as required.
• Submission and opening of bids will be through the Punjab e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must upload required documents and technical & financial proposals on the portal by the stated deadline.
