Auction Notice – Canteens of DHQ, City & Children Hospitals, Mandi Bahauddin (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, District Head Quarter (DHQ) Hospital Mandi Bahauddin invites eligible bidders to participate in the auction of canteens at DHQ Hospital New Building, City Hospital Block and Children Hospital Block for the fiscal year 2026-27 (periods shown below), extendable for three months on satisfactory performance.

Auction documents (eligibility criteria, terms & conditions) can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin on written request during office hours. Scanned bid application (PDF), relevant documents and bid security in favor of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin must be submitted by email to [email protected].

Auction details: The auction will be conducted on 2026-07-27 at 12:30 PM in the presence of the concerned Auction Committee of DHQ Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin. The highest price offered by any participating bidder will be accepted by the Auction Committee. If the closing/bidding date is a public holiday the next working day will be considered the last date. In case of cancellation, a subsequent auction date is indicated in the tender documents.

Submission deadline: Scanned bid application, documents and bid security must be submitted by email before 2026-07-10, 10:00 AM. Auction date: 2026-07-27 at 12:30 PM.
