E-Tender: Transport (Pick & Drop) Services for Workers Welfare School (Girls), Warburton

Issuer: Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Labour Colony, Chandi Kot Stop, Warburton, District Nankana Sahib (Punjab) on behalf of Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (Labour & HR Department).

Purpose: Procurement of private pick-and-drop transport services to convey students of Workers Welfare School (Girls), Warburton for the academic sessions 2026-27 and 2027-28.

Key requirements and eligibility:

• Only financially sound, experienced and Income Tax registered firms/companies are eligible to bid.
• All bidders must register on the E-PADS / e-tendering portal to participate.
• Vehicles offered must be model year 2015 or later (documentary evidence required).
• One student per seat policy will be observed.
• Bidders blacklisted or declared ineligible by any authority will not be considered.

Bid security / earnest money: A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the total estimated cost in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Warburton must be submitted physically to the school office before the closing time of online submission. Failure to submit the original CDR will result in rejection.

Procurement procedure and submission:

• Procurement will be carried out through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) / Punjab e-Tendering Portal. Tender documents including detailed terms, conditions and number of required vehicles are available free of cost on the PPRA and E-PADS portals.
• The Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be followed: technical and financial bids must be submitted separately on the portal.
• Manual bids will not be accepted; only online submissions on the portal are valid. Original CDR must still be submitted physically to the school office as noted above.

• Opening of Technical Bids (online): 2026-07-11 at 11:30 AM
• Opening of Financial Bids (online): 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM

Other notes: Technical bids of all applicants must be complete, signed and stamped; financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. The procuring agency/Transport Hiring Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
