MEPCO Tender: Electricity Bill Printing Solution (1 year + 2-year extension) — Closing 2016-07-21

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO Complex, Wapda Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan.

MEPCO invites e-bids under Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPR Rules-2004 (Amended-to-date) for provision of an Electricity Bill Printing Solution for an initial period of one (01) year, extendable for a further two years by mutual consent of the parties.

Procurement documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the PPRA website and MEPCO e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically as E-BIDS on the e-procurement system.

Bid security/guarantee in original must be delivered to the office of Director (Procurement), MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan, or submitted by Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO, Multan, before electronic submission where required. MEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
