Eligibility: Sealed bids/offers are invited from manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed as active taxpayers with FBR.

Submission requirements: Bids/offers must be uploaded on the PPRA e-portal (ePDAs) and hard copy must reach the Office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-7/4, Islamabad by the stated deadline. Bids must be complete in all respects and accompanied by required earnest/security money as per bidding documents. Samples: At least two sample sheets of each offered paper/pack/plate must be submitted with the bid as specified.

Bid validity: 90 days from date of opening. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders in accordance with applicable procedures. Quantity may be increased or decreased according to purchaser requirements and availability of funds.
