Tender: Procurement of White Offset Paper (Local - High Finish) — Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Tender No. PCP-1-13/2026-P&D)

Issuer: Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, Islamabad. Invitation to sealed bids for procurement of white offset paper (local, high finish), P.S. & CTP plates. Eligibility: Manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as active taxpayers with FBR.

Submission & deadline: Bids must be uploaded on PPRA ePADS and a hard copy must reach the undersigned on or before 2026-07-17 at 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs.

Bid security & samples: Bids must be accompanied by earnest/security money as per lot-wise requirements. At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with the lot-wise bid security.

Participation: Bidders may offer for full tendered quantity, a single lot, or multiple lots according to capacity. Rates must be quoted against all items in a lot; incomplete lot quotes will be rejected.

Other conditions: Bids without earnest money/security will be disqualified. Bid validity: 90 days. The Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any or all tenders per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per requirements and fund availability.
