Tender No. 05 (FY 2026-27 to 2027-28) — Security Services and Uniform Supply | AIGP (ICT) Islamabad

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (ICT), Islamabad (Islamabad Capital Territory).

Purpose: Invitation to tender (Tender No. 05) for provision of security-related services and supply of uniforms for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28.

Procurement procedure and eligibility:

• Procurement will follow Government of Pakistan/PPRA rules and the advertised procedure. Electronic submission via the PPRA e-Procurement / ePADS 2.0 platform is mandatory where applicable.
• Bidders must be duly registered and provide valid documentation such as NTN/STRN and proof of registration on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
• Tenders will be processed under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Quality & Cost Based Selection / Cost Based Selection principles as specified in the tender documents.
• Bid security is required (acceptable forms include bank guarantee/CDR or a Bid Securing Declaration as permitted in the tender document).
• All bidders must comply with other statutory requirements (PPRA/AGPR/FBR) as outlined in the tender documents.
