Office of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. Mian Munshi DHQ Teaching Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals/firms/companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-Auction for the hospital canteen/cafeteria/tuck-shops for a period of one year.

Financial & submission requirements

Reserve price for the auction: 1,000,000 (One Million) for one year. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO), etc. CDR and other documents must be submitted by the indicated CDR submission date.

How to apply / bid

All participation, document upload and bidding must be completed through the Punjab e-Auction Portal. Auction documents, terms and conditions and the auction dashboard are available at: https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk (dashboard link). The official SHC&ME Department website (http://health.punjab.gov.pk) will also host the advertisement and documents.

Notes

Auction will be conducted under the applicable Auction Policy notified by SHC&ME Department. If any closing date falls on a public or declared holiday, the next official working day shall be treated as the closing date. Response times and timelines are calculated from the date of publication on the e-Auction portal.
