Gilgit Development Authority (GDA) invites sealed bids (single stage, two-envelope SST/E Technical & Financial) from eligible firms/contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2025-26. Bid documents are available from the GDA office on payment of the non-refundable fee indicated below. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security (from a scheduled bank in Pakistan) in favour of Deputy Director (Engineering), GDA and delivered to the office of the Deputy Director (Engineering), GDA, Yadgar Chowk, Khomer, Gilgit before the stated submission deadlines. Bids will be opened at the stated times in the presence of bidders' representatives. Full bidding instructions and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Advertisement and documents are available on www.gbppra.gov.pk.
