Nova Enclave Housing Scheme Application — Municipal Committee Gojra Public Notice

Municipal Committee Gojra has received an application from Mr. Muhammad Akram S/O Abdul Rehman (owner/sponsor) for approval of the residential housing scheme named "NOVA ENCLAVE" at Mouza Chak No. 364 JB, Mochiwala Road, Gojra. The proposed scheme measures 399.99 kanals and comprises the listed survey and killa numbers (Sq. No. 47 Killa Nos. 1–20, 23/2, 24, 25; Sq. No. 64 Killa Nos. 13/2, 14, 15; Sq. No. 63 Killa Nos. 6–11; Sq. No. 62 Killa Nos. 3/2, 4–17, 18 Min, 19/1, 20/1).

Any person, firm, institution or company having an objection to the sanction of the scheme or to the title of the land must submit a written objection to the undersigned within 15 days of publication of this notice; objections filed after the prescribed period will not be entertained. This notice does not constitute a commitment by Municipal Committee Gojra to sanction the proposed scheme.
