M.E.S. (PAF Chaklala) Notice of Tender for Provision of Facilities at Multiple PAF Bases

Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala) invites sealed tenders for a series of emergency works under PPRA Rule 42(c). Interested, qualified contractors may obtain tender documents and submit applications as specified below.

Eligibility & submission requirements:

- Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents with all required certificates and experience evidence.

- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); unregistered contractors are ineligible.

- Contractors must provide documentary proof that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and must not be on the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch) list of banned or outstanding contractors.

- Tenders will be scrutinized and issued only to firms that meet the stated criteria and have sufficient experience in the relevant field.

Receipt & opening: Completed tenders must be received in the Accepting Office by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-07-31; tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
