Issuers: Saif Group through its legal counsel Ali & Associates (Karimullah Adeni, Attorney at Law).
Purpose: To notify the public that the name, mark and corporate names of SAIF GROUP and SAIF (and associated logos/brands) are owned by Saif Group. Any unauthorized use, misrepresentation or fraudulent use of these names, marks or related company names will result in civil and criminal legal action. Relevant trademark and intellectual property protections have been asserted (IPO Pakistan and courts where applicable).
