Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Hiring of one (01) Individual Consultant (Advisory) for the project "Establishment of Centre of Excellence for Autism" through a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) under PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
Selection method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Complete RFP documents, Terms of Reference and prescribed proposal forms are available for download from the PPRA website, the Ministry website, and ePADS.
Submission method: Interested individual consultants must be registered on ePADS and submit Technical and Financial Proposals electronically through ePADS. Technical proposals must be submitted on or before the deadline below; technical proposals will be opened the same day.
