PIDCL Tender: Upgradation & Infrastructure Works in Taluka City Hyderabad (5 PSDP Packages)

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan (6th Floor, Extension Block, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi) invites sealed bids through the E-PADS 2.0 online procurement system under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure (PPRA Rules 36(a) as amended) for multiple PSDP civil works packages in Taluka City, Hyderabad, Sindh.

Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and specialized field, be registered with tax authorities (including Sindh Revenue Board where applicable), and comply with the tender documents. Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/. A non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000 (in the shape of Pay Order / Call Deposit) is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0. A scanned copy of the bid security and other required scanned documents must be uploaded; originals (including bid security) must be delivered to the Office of the GM (F&A) / Chief Finance Officer, PIDCL, 6th Floor, Extension Block, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi, as specified in the tender documents.
