Submission instructions: Interested consultants must register on the EPADS portal and submit Technical and Financial Proposals electronically through EPADS. Complete RFP documents, including Terms of Reference, evaluation criteria and prescribed proposal forms, are available on the PPRA website and the Ministry’s website.
Deadlines and opening: Proposals must be submitted on or before 2026-07-29 at 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM.
