Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids (Single Stage — Single Envelope) through the e-PADS 2.0 platform for multiple PSDP civil and allied works in Taluka City / Pretabad, Hyderabad, Sindh. Registered firms with valid PEC registration and relevant experience may submit bids as per PPRA rules.

Important instructions:
- Bidding documents and instructions are available online on the e-procurement portal (e-PADS). A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 is required to obtain bidding documents.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS 2.0 system. Original / hard copies are not accepted unless specifically requested. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and have valid tax registration.
- A scanned copy of the bid security (as specified above) must be attached with the online bid according to the tender conditions.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-23 at 11:00 AM.
- Deadline for submission of bids: 2026-07-31 at 10:00 AM. (Bids will be opened on 2026-07-31 at 11:00 AM)
