Islamabad Police Tender No.06 (FY 2026-27) — Procurement of Uniform Items (Stitched / Unstitched)

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police. Tender Notice No. 06 for the financial year 2026-27 for the procurement of uniform items (stitched / unstitched).

Scope: Procurement of various stitched and unstitched uniform items for Islamabad Capital Territory Police for FY 2026-27.

Eligibility & required documents: Registered firms/companies holding a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR are eligible. Tender submissions must include certified copies of firm registration, General Sales Tax registration (if applicable), National Tax Number and bank account details as per bidding documents.

Method & bid security: Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be adopted. The process will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PPRA regulations. Each bid must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security, acceptable in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft. A Securing Declaration may be submitted where permitted by the bidding documents.

eBidding & submission instructions: Sealed electronic bids are required and must be submitted only through the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) version 2.0. Registration on ePADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation.

Deadline & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via ePADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-29. Bids will be opened through ePADS at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-29. Manually submitted bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
