Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible institutes/vendors to become training partners for the Free High-Tech IT Training Programme under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III. The programme offers international certifications and top-leading software houses / certification agencies' pathways for participants.

Eligibility & conditions (as stated): No joint ventures (JVs) allowed; IT institutes and software houses are preferred. Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory. Principal/vendor partner arrangements (academies/institutes) are acceptable. Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained. Institutes that performed unsatisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
