Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Upper Chitral invites electronic bids through the E-PAD (Single Stage Single Envelope) system from eligible Firms/Contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules for the following emergency nature works. Bidders must submit bids electronically by the stated deadline. Bids will be opened in the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Upper Chitral.
