The Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications (DEMP), Government of Pakistan, invites pre-qualification applications from reputed printing presses and firms based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Lahore to supply printing services for FY 2026–27.
Eligible printers must hold NTN/STRN, Vendor Number and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Pre-qualification documents are available on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) and can be downloaded from the procuring agency/PPRA websites. E-bids must be submitted via EPADS by 30 July 2026 (e-bids by 11:30 AM); bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Original bid security must be submitted to DEMP Building, Room No.18, Block 8-1, 2nd Floor, Zero Point, Islamabad. Manual submissions are not permitted.
