DEM Islamabad Pre-Qualification of Printing Presses for FY 2026-2027

The Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications (DEM), Government of Pakistan, invites reputable printing presses and firms based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Lahore for pre-qualification to supply printing services for FY 2026-2027. Eligible applicants must possess NTN/STRN, vendor number on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide required company profile, tax documents and bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents.

Applications must be submitted via the e-Procurement system (EPADSv2.0) and only EPADS-registered bidders will be considered. Original bid security should be submitted to DEM, B.F. Building, Room No. 18, Block B, 2nd Floor, Zero Point, Islamabad. Download documents from PPRA/DEM portals and ensure registration on EPADSv2.0; submission deadline is 2026-07-30 11:30 AM.
