Issuer: Government of Pakistan – Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Capacity Building & Institutional Strengthening).
Applications are invited for two contract positions on a project basis under the project "Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening of MoP&DSI" initially for one year, extendable subject to performance. Candidates must hold HEC-recognized degrees and meet the specified experience criteria.

| Advisor – Population Strategy & Governance | 1 | Master’s degree in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, Demography, Development Economics or other STEM field. | Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in development sector programming or development planning. Experience with demographic analysis, survey data interpretation and prior exposure to Pakistan’s population sector with government/partner/research institutions preferred. Excellent writing skills. | PPS-11 |
