Government of Pakistan, Planning Commission (Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for two contract positions under the Population, Monitoring & Results Tracking Unit (MTU) as part of the Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening project.

Experience in Health/Population sectors preferred; prior work with government, delivery units or international organizations and engagement with development partners/donors preferred. | PPS-12 |
| Advisor – Population Strategy & Governance | 1 | Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, Demography, Development Economics or another STEM field. | Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in development programming or planning. Experience in demographic analysis and survey data interpretation; prior exposure to Pakistan's population sector (government, partner or research) strongly preferred. Excellent writing skills required. | PPS-11 |
